Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Studio Today. They are short because the product's rules are simple: you pay in coins, every job is quoted before it runs, and failures refund automatically.
01The company
ASSALA AISTUDIO LTD (registration no. PVT-7815W2D9), a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya under the Companies Act, 2015, operating the AI Studio Today service at aistudiotoday.com and app.aistudiotoday.com.
02The service
AI Studio Today generates websites, images and video from briefs you provide, using AI models and human-designed templates. Features marked as preview or beta may change or be withdrawn.
03Coins
The service is paid for in coins. Coin packs are purchased at the prices shown at checkout. Coins never expire. Every job shows its exact coin cost before it runs; coins are held when a job starts, settle when it succeeds, and are automatically refunded if it fails.
04Payments
Coin purchases are currently processed via PayPal with manual crediting (typically within a few hours). Card checkout rails are coming; store-billed purchases in our mobile apps will follow the relevant app store's payment terms.
05Your content and your output
Briefs you submit remain yours. The websites, images and video generated for you are yours to keep, edit, publish and use commercially. You grant us only the licence needed to process, host and display them back to you.
06Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, is deceptive (including impersonation), or harmful. We may refuse jobs or suspend accounts that break this rule; unspent purchased coins on suspended accounts are refunded.
07Availability
This is an actively developed product. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. If a paid job is lost to an outage, its coins refund automatically.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
