Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the website code, accounts, data, and automations we build for you — no lock-in. The AIStudioToday name, this website, and our underlying templates and tooling remain ours.
Pricing and payment
Project and subscription terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and ad spend is billed separately.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, send spam, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack it.
Results and liability
We work hard to deliver outcomes, but we cannot guarantee specific numbers such as rankings, leads, or sales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIStudioToday is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
