This policy explains what AI Studio Today stores about you, where it lives, and how to have it deleted. It is written to match what the product actually does.
01Who we are
ASSALA AISTUDIO LTD (registration no. PVT-7815W2D9), a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya under the Companies Act, 2015, operating the AI Studio Today service at aistudiotoday.com and app.aistudiotoday.com.
02What we collect
Your account email address; the briefs and prompts you write; the websites, images and video the service generates for you; your coin balance and transaction history; and basic technical logs (timestamps, error records) needed to run the service. We do not collect passwords — sign-in uses one-time email links.
03Where your data lives
Account data, briefs, projects and coin records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase). The website runs on Vercel's hosting network. Generated media may be served from our AI providers' content delivery networks.
04AI processing — and a promise
To generate your output, your briefs and prompts are sent to AI model providers strictly for producing that output. We never use your content, briefs or generated work to train AI models, and we do not permit our providers to do so through our service.
05Anonymous previews
The try-first preview works without an account. Preview briefs are stored with a hashed IP address (for rate-limiting) and expire automatically within 24 hours.
06Cookies
We use session cookies for sign-in only. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies today. If that ever changes, this policy changes first.
07Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors that run the service: our database and hosting providers, AI model providers (to generate your output), and payment processors when you buy coins.
08Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated projects and assets are kept so you can return to them, until you delete them or your account.
09Deletion and your rights
Email karim@aistudiotoday.com from your account address and we will delete your account and its data, or answer any question about what we hold on you. We respond within 48 hours on business days.
10Changes
If we change this policy, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
