Refund Policy

Most refunds here happen automatically, by design — the system refunds failed work without being asked. This page covers that rule and the cases that need a human.
01The automatic rule
If a paid job fails — a website build, an image or a video generation — its full coin cost is refunded to your balance automatically. No ticket, no waiting. You can see every refund in your wallet's transaction history.
02Coin pack purchases
An unused coin pack (no coins from it spent) is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email karim@aistudiotoday.com from your account address with your payment reference and we will return the payment through the method you paid with.
03Spent coins
Coins spent on jobs that completed successfully are not refundable — the computing work they paid for has been done and your output delivered.
04Trial coins
Free trial coins granted at signup have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
05App store purchases
When our mobile apps launch, purchases billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund processes in addition to this policy.
