Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds work for AIStudioToday services. Because we provide professional services and software builds rather than physical products, refunds work a little differently than for goods. aistudiotoday.com is operated by ASSALA AISTUDIO LTD.
Free AI audit
The AI audit is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and run on a 3-month minimum term. After the first three months you can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access until then. We do not refund the current or previous months once a billing period has started.
Project and setup fees
Fixed-scope builds are quoted and agreed in writing before work begins. If you cancel before we start, your deposit is refundable minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Once work has started, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable; work not yet started can be refunded or credited.
Ad spend
Advertising budget is billed separately and paid directly to the ad platforms (such as Meta and Google). Once it has been placed on your campaigns it is spent on your behalf and is non-refundable by us.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, paid plugins, APIs, and similar costs passed through to you are non-refundable once purchased.
What you keep
On cancellation you keep the website code, accounts, data, and automations you have paid for in full, as described in our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email karim@aistudiotoday.com with your account or invoice details. We review every request fairly and respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve any billing issue directly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your services being paused.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page with an updated date.
